Discover the science behind why familiar patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving can be so difficult to change — and learn how to consciously create something new.
REGISTER FOR OCTOBER →You can be successful, capable and self-aware and still notice yourself returning to familiar ways of thinking, feeling and responding.
Maybe you put enormous pressure on yourself. You overthink. You react in ways you later wish you hadn’t. Or you keep returning to worry, frustration, self-doubt or the need to control what happens next.
Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong.
You’ve simply reached a point where you know there’s more available to you — more freedom, more possibility, more of yourself that you haven’t fully expressed yet.
The answer has less to do with willpower than you might think.
Your brain is remarkably good at learning through repetition. When you repeatedly think certain thoughts, experience familiar emotions and respond in similar ways, those patterns can become increasingly automatic.
Eventually, something you’ve practised often enough can begin to feel less like a pattern and more like simply who you are.
I’ve always been this way.
That’s just how I react.
I’m an anxious person.
I’ve never been confident.
But a familiar pattern isn’t necessarily who you are.
You can’t choose a different response until you can see the one you’ve been practising.
You can’t consciously change something you don’t recognize.
But when you begin noticing a familiar thought, emotional state or automatic response, you create an opportunity to do something different.
To pause. To choose another response. To practise a different way of thinking, feeling or behaving.
As you practise responding differently, you’re no longer simply reinforcing the familiar.
You’re beginning to practise who you want to become.

Change Your Mind…Create New Results is an experiential learning program based on the work of Dr Joe Dispenza and delivered live by Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant D’Arcy Henneberry.
Over three interactive days, you’ll explore the science behind how familiar patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving can become automatic — and learn practical tools for becoming more conscious of those patterns and beginning to create something new.
But the experience doesn’t end when the three-day program does.
Because knowing what you want to change isn’t the same as practising something different.
That’s why the live experience is followed by a 30-Day Guided Practicum designed to help you bring what you’ve learned into your everyday life.
October 27–29, 2026 | 9:30 AM–2:00 PM PT
Across three live, interactive days, you’ll explore the science of personal change and begin applying what you’re learning to your own life.
You’ll examine how familiar patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving can become automatic, explore the relationship between your internal state and the choices you make, and experience practical tools designed to help you become more conscious and intentional in how you respond.
The learning doesn’t stop when the three-day experience ends.
For the following 30 days, you’ll continue working with the practices and tools introduced during the program, giving you the opportunity to notice familiar patterns in real life and intentionally practise something different.
The practicum isn’t an add-on. It’s part of the process.
Because change isn’t simply something you understand. It’s something you practise.
You don’t need to be in crisis to change.
This experience may be a good fit if:
You don’t need to be in crisis to change.
Sometimes we change because the familiar has become too costly.
And sometimes we change because what we can imagine becoming is simply too compelling to ignore.
Real reflections from people who have experienced the work.

For much of my career, I’ve worked in the mortgage industry. It’s a world where I’ve had the opportunity to lead people, build businesses and work alongside some incredibly talented professionals.
And over the years, I became fascinated by something I kept observing.
Why can two people with similar knowledge, experience and opportunity produce very different results?
That question led me into the study of performance and resilience, and eventually into neuroscience and the science of personal change.
The deeper I went, the more I began noticing the same thing everywhere. In business. In leadership. In relationships. And in myself.
Our knowledge matters. Our skills matter. The systems and processes we build matter. But underneath all of that, driving the show, is the internal state we bring into the moments that make up our lives.
I began to understand how easily stress, emotion and familiar ways of thinking can shape what we perceive, how we respond and the choices we make, often without us realizing it.
That changed the way I understood change itself.
Today, alongside my work as President of MortgagePal, I’m a Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant, trained in the work of Dr Joe Dispenza. And one of my favourite things is taking ideas that can sound complicated and making them practical, relatable and usable in everyday life.
For me, this work is ultimately about becoming more conscious of yourself — creating greater choice in how you think, how you respond and who you become.
My role is to help you understand the science, experience the tools and begin putting them into practice in your own life.
